      Characteristic of the product

        Iron core of this series product is single phase core type, fastening mode adopts angle as the clamping member. Winding is homocentric cylinder multi-layer towner type, LV wiring is inside, and HV wiring is outside, instrument wiring is 100V or 200V tap of HV wiring tail.

         HV silicone stack of AC and DC two type transformer uses special process to be sealed inside the HV bushing.

         III. Use method and points of attentions

        Connect working circuit well according to wiring principle drawing, transformer and control box shell must have excellent earthing.

      If the transformer HV tail does not connect microammeter, then it must be connected to the ground.

      Connect the power supply, adjuster returns to zero, press down closing button and raise the voltage.

      Rotate adjuster to raise the voltage with even speed, after raising to 75% of the rated test voltage, then gradually increase the voltage, and observe the instrument and the test sample conditions.

      Upon use may not exceed the rated parameters;

      After the test, it shall lower the voltage evenly to below 19KV, then press the open button

      to cut off the power, generally it does not permit full voltage closing and open.
